Turnover
As you manage your STR you will be needing basic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, reports. We take care of these items at a flat fee per turnover.
Co-Hosting & Turnover
We would take care of it all! From managing bookings, turnover from tenant to tenant, to full maintenance and inspections. You as host have full transparency and veto over bookings. Your house your rules!
Co-Hosting/Turnover + Home Services
Includes the benefits of Co-Hosting and Turnover, with the addition of items such as Lawn Care and Pressure Washing to maintain the curb appeal of your home.
